Two other great moments on Zooma Capricorne:

1/ Talks with Mariette Andrianjaka, certainly the most graduated Malagasy
hated cooker.

She provided the Malagasy cooking during the Montargis trade fair in July
2003.

Mariette Andrianjaka gives some recipes of the Malagasy traditional
cooking, and the principles of using the natural method of cooking she
does at her restaurant, in Antananarivo.

2/ First part of the talks we had with Raymond William Rabemananjara,
historian, writer and actor of the political life of Madagascar.

R.W.Rabemananjara wrote in his last book “I’m certainly the
most malagasy of the French citizens, and the most French of the malagasy
people”.

This summarizes the place of this actual “bi-cultural”
personage who always tended to be a hyphen between the two cultures.
